When you call us for emergency services such as; fire, water damage clean-up. We promise to respond ASAP. Our guaranteed arrival time is within a half hour of your phone call to us.

If we arrive any later than a half hour, we will pay you $100.00 per half hour for each half hour after that. We have a radius of 1 hr. from Amherst NH. Massachusetts customers will automatically begin to get paid for the second half hour, or anyone outside of our radius.
